It could be a pint of Timothy Taylor on the patio; Sunday lunch with the family by a roaring fire; or a weekend escape from the big city.
Maybe a daydream whilst watching our pet pigs and chickens play, or a game of scrabble by the fire on a cold wet night. `
We really do look down on Hebden Bridge, nestling 900 feet below. Just a twenty minute saunter, through beautiful scenery will take you to the centre of the wonderful eclectic town of Hebden Bridge, with its fine mixture of urban and rural. The area has a rich literary and artistic history, including writers, photographers, musicians, artists, alternative practitioners, teachers, green and New Age cultures.
You name it Hebden Bridge has it.
From coffee bars to micro bars, Turkish food to Vegan food, and its "great little shops", Hebden has something for everyone.
With two buses an hour or a taxi for less than five pounds its easy to escape back to the peace and quiet of our lovely little village.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
We are happy to show off our rooms, but please call to arrange (our guests might not be to happy if we drop in during nap time)

This is what Taylors have to say about brewing,
Timothy Taylor’s only use the very finest ingredients in our beer. These combined with our uncompromising brewing process ensure we deliver that taste of Taylor’s every time. Why do Taylor’s beers consistently taste so good?
We’ve been brewing beer for over 150 years, along the way we’ve learned a thing or two about what makes for that rewarding and consistent ‘Taylor’s Taste’. We can’t put it down to one thing, or even a couple of things. It’s the combination of many factors and skills that we do our own way, still the traditional way, and our refusal to compromise on quality of ingredients or brewing.“Taylor Taste” is achieved by using only the finest natural ingredients, taking pride in the brewing process and allowing full time for the ales to ferment and mature, thereby creating a unique family of beers.
Our menu changes weekly, from pies and burgers to curries and roasts. We aim to have something for everyone. Our meat is locally sourced, our eggs come from our own chickens, we cater for vegetarians, vegans, and celiac's. If you require something alternative, we can accommodate to your needs.
